How is the child personalized in the book?

Every Moonshine Story book is regenerated for your child specifically. You add their name, age, gender, and a reference photo, and our illustration model recreates the main character on every page so it actually looks like your child — not a generic cartoon kid with their name pasted on top. Hair, skin tone, and outfit details all carry through from the reference photo.

What ages are these personalized books for?

Our catalog covers ages 0–8. Toddler books (ages 1–3) focus on milestones like potty training, sharing, and bedtime. Preschool books (ages 3–5) cover bigger transitions like starting school, new siblings, and overcoming fears. Early reader books (ages 5–8) handle more complex emotions, friendships, and adventure stories. Each book lists its recommended age range on the product page.

Can I preview the book before paying?

Yes — every book generates a complete preview in your browser within about 60 seconds. You see all 24 illustrated pages with your child as the main character before any payment. If the result is not right, you can re-roll the illustrations, edit the text, or swap to a different story template.

How long does delivery take for printed books?

Allow about 2–3 weeks from confirming your order to delivery in the US, and longer internationally. Most of that is printing and binding rather than transit, so express shipping does not shorten it much — if you have a deadline, download the PDF (included) and print it locally. We use a dedicated children's book printer with thick uncoated paper and a stitched hardcover binding — these are real keepsake books, not photocopier-grade paperbacks.

Are the illustrations AI-generated?

Yes. Every illustration is generated by an AI image model on demand for your child. Story templates are written and curated by our team, then the illustrations are produced fresh for each order so your child appears as the hero on every page. We don't sell library art with a name overlay.
