Digital personalized books are delivered as a downloadable PDF immediately after purchase. There is no physical shipment — you can download, view, and print the book from your account within minutes of completing checkout. Digital delivery is available worldwide at no additional cost.
Printed books are custom-manufactured per order. Each book is produced after you approve the preview, so please allow time for printing before the book ships. Our print partner operates facilities in the United States and Europe, and the book is produced at the facility closest to your shipping address.
Delivery times are measured from the date you confirm your order and include both production and shipping transit time. Printing and binding is the larger part of the wait — typically 1–2 weeks — so choosing express shipping speeds up transit but does not meaningfully change the overall arrival date.
If you are ordering for a specific date, please allow at least three weeks, or download the PDF (included with every book) and print it locally.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select. You will see the exact shipping cost before you confirm your order. We do not add hidden fees after checkout.
Once your printed book ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order from your Moonshine Story account.
For international orders, your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees when the package arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Moonshine Story has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Books are generally classified under HS code 4901 (printed books) which qualifies for reduced or zero duty in many countries.
We currently ship printed books to most countries worldwide. We are unable to ship to destinations under international trade sanctions. If we cannot ship to your address, you will be notified during checkout.
If your book arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will replace the book or issue a full refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
